I actually doubt that this is the case, because the lock on my country settings just appeared ten day ago when nothing in particular has happened with that app or any payments. I tried deleting it and re- downloading it, but that still didn't do anything. I really liked that feature and then I took a break for a month or two and then I did not see the feature. I did that, but it also wont let me delete the old one without closing subscriptions, which I'm happy to do, but it gives me no option to close them.
